Downloading Acrobat Reader 

Acrobat Reader is required for reading any PDF file.  Most likely you have it on your computer.  If you can open ESIS reports and see them on your screen you already have it.  To test whether you have it or not click on this link.  If you don't see anything come up click on the Downloading Acrobat Reader link above to see how to do it.
